
I offer classes in person and online. Private sessions allow for tailoring the class to the individual’s needs. Areas of focus could be: support for nervous system regulation, relaxation, body awareness, grounding, stress relief, building strength and flexibility, spiritual exploration. Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length.
I offer traditional yoga practices in group settings online, and in person events. These classes aim to assist you in developing practices that support self care, self exploration, inspiration, and community engagement.
