Private Yoga Classes


 

I offer classes in person and online. Private sessions allow for tailoring the class to the individual’s needs. Areas of focus could be: support for nervous system regulation, relaxation, body awareness, grounding, stress relief, building strength and flexibility, spiritual exploration.

 

Breathing practices (Pranayama) and Meditation can be included as well.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length.
