I am a licensed therapist (LGPC) in the state of Maryland and currently work under supervision to ensure the highest level of care for my clients. My areas of focus are: developmental trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss of all kinds, support for immigration and cultural adjustment, attachment, relationships, and spiritual exploration support. I include yoga, somatic and mindfulness based components into my work (neurobiological principles). I also use CBT, experiential and existential approaches, attachment theory, and humanistic principles.
I offer services in English and Spanish. I am from Venezuela and have lived in a few countries.
